Our DiagnoDent cavity detector can find decay hidden in the deep pits and grooves of many teeth. By finding this decay early, many sites can be restored with minimally invasive sealants or with flowable composite tooth colored resins that are virtually undetectable. In some cases, decay caught early with the DiagnoDent dental laser can be reversed through optimal hygiene and the use of fluoride. The early detection provided by the dental laser allows us to be much more conservative with treatment solutions.
